News

[SharePoint] On the occasion of the premiere of new templates, a list of previously applied templates also appeared in the site settings.  New site template updates: new templates and the template history panel – Microsoft Tech Community

[Power Apps] The Windows version of Power Apps has just gained GA (General Availability) status. Is this a breakthrough? Probably not, but in combination with simplified support for Offline work (take a look at the LoadData/SaveData functions) it can be an interesting alternative in some scenarios. You can download the application from the official store: Microsoft Store

[One Drive] This time an interesting option for developers (not necessarily those under the sign of Low-Code). A ready-made solution that will allow you to use the content of One Drive and SharePoint online in your own web applications. Cool thing! OneDrive File Picker v8 now Generally Available! – Microsoft Tech Community

[Power Automate] Tomek Poszytek deals with Teams in the context of mentioning (@) and tagging (#).  A nice read, but rather for advanced Power Automate Ninja: How to mention tags, users, channels and teams using Power Automate • Tomasz Poszytek, Business Applications MVP

[Azure AD] It took a while, but we have (for now in Preview) the ability to nest dynamic groups! An important change that many organizations have been waiting for. Read more here: Group membership for Azure AD dynamic groups with memberOf – Azure AD – Microsoft Entra | Microsoft Docs

[Lists / Power Automate] This announcement surprised us very positively! Soon, along with saving the list as a template, the processes that concern it will also be saved. Great thing! It will certainly make it easier to distribute automation in organisations: Manage a flow that was created from a list template (microsoft.com)

[Teams] The Microsoft platform will soon gain integration with one of the most popular LMS – Moodle! How will nothing be useful for the new academic year 😉 Read more about this solution here: Set up and configure the Moodle plugin | Microsoft Docs

[Lists] The calendar view in the lists will be customizable using JSON! We can already see with the eyes of our imagination these colorful combinations. Contrary to appearances, this is an important novelty. The question of modifying this view of the lists was repeated very often. The feature should already be available on your environment. Have Fun 🏳️‍🌈!

[Power Apps] KWho says that the interface of apps created in Power Apps must be boring? It doesn’t have to. This article is the best proof of this. Animations, icons, SVG,… there’s a lot going on here, but the effect is great. And the whole thing is available on GitHub. Thanks Kristine! Building a beautiful Power Apps mobile navigation menu – SVG’s (part 3) — Kristine Kolodziejski

[PVA] Tomasz Poszytek recorded a foretaste of the changes in Power Virtual Agents that await us. There are a lot of changes. Actually, it looks like a new product. In short – Awesome 🔥

Adaptive Cards in Power Virtual Agents and more preview features

[Lists] Very neat demo solution for settling all kinds of expenses. Interestingly, the whole is based on lists (properly formatted) and Power Automate. It looks tasty and most important – all source files can be found on GitHub: List-Formatting/view-samples/payments-format at master · pnp/List-Formatting · GitHub

[Google Drive] Do you often work offline on Google Drive? Did you miss offline support for MS Office format files? We have good news! From now on, this feature is now available. Note, this change applies only to files that have already been opened in Office Edit Mode. More information –  Offline syncing available for opened Microsoft Office documents
